How do I check the status of my order?
After logging in to your account, navigate to the “Order History” section. Here, you will see the status of your orders, including:
- Pending – Your order has been received but has not yet started.
- Processing / In Progress – Your order is currently being fulfilled.
- Completed – Your order has been successfully delivered.
- Cancelled – Your order has been canceled.
- Partial – Only part of your order has been delivered.
This section helps you track your orders in real time and stay informed about their progress.
Why was my order marked as “Partial”?
Partial Order Status
A Partial status means the system was unable to fully complete your order. You will be refunded for any undelivered portion.
Example: If you ordered 5,000 units for $20 but only received 4,500, the system will refund $2 for the 500 undelivered units.
Refunds and resolution typically take 24–72 hours. If this happens, consider placing your order using another available service for a smoother experience.
What is Refill/No Refill?
Refill / Ensured
If some followers unfollow, they will be replaced at no extra cost. Simply click the “Refill” button or submit a refill request through our support ticket system.

No Refill
If you do not purchase the refill service:
- Any lost followers will not be replaced.
- Refill requests may be denied if you did not select the refill option when ordering.
- Refill requests may also be denied if you place a new order before the previous one is refilled.
Important Note:
- Quick follower services may experience drops, often within the first 24–48 hours.
- Most Instagram follower services have high drop rates, so use them at your own discretion.
What is a mass order?
Use the Mass Order feature when you want to place multiple orders simultaneously. This option is ideal for managing several campaigns at once, saving you time and ensuring a smoother workflow.
What is Drip-feed?
Drip-Feed allows you to control the pace of engagement to suit your needs. For instance, if you want 2,000 likes on an Instagram post, you can receive them all at once, or distribute them gradually, such as 200 likes per day over 10 days, for a more natural and consistent growth.
Why are TikTok Services slow?
The slower delivery of TikTok services is a result of required system updates following each TikTok platform update. While delivery may take several hours or even days, the followers and engagement provided are stable and long-lasting, ensuring long-term value for your account.
Why did my Followers/Likes drop?

If you’ve noticed a drop in orders placed or fulfilled through Empire Panel, several factors could be contributing:
1. Quick Services with High Drop Rates
Fast services often promise speed but come with higher drop rates. Choosing slightly slower, high-quality services usually results in better retention and more consistent fulfillment.
2. No Refill Services
Orders placed under the “No Refill” option are not guaranteed. Any lost engagement cannot be replaced, which may reduce customer satisfaction.
3. Changes in Social Media Algorithms
Updates to social media platforms can affect service performance. Algorithm changes may reduce engagement effectiveness, making it harder for users to see the results they expect.
4. Decline in Service Quality
If service quality drops over time, users may become dissatisfied, leading to fewer repeat orders.
5. Shifts in User Behavior
Changes in how your target audience interacts with social media can impact orders. Common issues include:
- Users switching to private accounts
- Providing invalid links
- Failing to follow service instructions

Why does my order says pending/processing?
Your order status may show as pending or processing for several reasons:
1. Recent Order Placement
If you’ve just placed your order, it may appear as pending while it is being registered in the Empire system.
2. System Overload
During high traffic periods, the system may take longer to process orders. Pending or processing statuses can last 24–72 hours until normal service is restored.
3. Order Setup
Orders may remain in processing while the system sets them up. Larger orders may take extra time to complete this phase.

What is "Forwarded for cancelation/refill/speed up"?
Request Received
Your request has been successfully submitted to the Empire System. Depending on the current workload and the type of service, it may take up to 72 hours for your order to be fully processed and delivered.
Having trouble with the Cancel/Refill button?
The Cancel or Refill button submits a request to either stop or refill an order. Please note that this does not guarantee immediate action. Some orders may already be too far along to cancel, or a refill may not be necessary if the order is still intact.
